A Real Live Game

You guys are not going to believe this! My mom told me all week that she had a suprise for me on Saturday night. I thought we were going to the Game Stop and buy new games or maybe Borders to get a new book. I even wanted to go to the library, but she said none of that was it.

She told me to get dressed and she put my Panther's jersey out for me, but she still wouldn't tell me where we were going. We got in the car and we were driving a long way and everytime I asked her, she wouldn't tell me and I was getting mad at her. "Just tell me already!"

I started seeing all these people with Panthers shirts on and then it hit me! We were goign to a game? A real game? With popcorn and nachos?

We parked the car and then we had some food. I ate a whole hamburger and some of my mom's wings. I was ready for the game. She gave me $5 and told me I could buy what I want, but I was stuffed.

The game was so much fun. We were sitting up so high and I think my mom was getting sick. The Panthers were playing against the Ravens. I had so much fun screaming at them. I told them they were losers! My mom let me scream at them and she didn't tell me to be quiet.

You guys want to know a secret? We were looking at the book with the players on it adn she showed me Steve Smith b/c that's who is on my jersey. He seems cool! But then my mom told me she thought this other player was cute. I laughed so hard at her and told her that she has a crush and I'm gonna tell him.

I didn't really think about it that I may never see him to tell him. So if y'all see him, tell him my mom thinks he is cute... His number is #30!

Tyler on Church

We have been going to this church and they showed us a video of what our new church was going to look like. It was cool looking. They had a kids play area with a gym and everything. I told my Mom she should at least give $100 which is a whole lot of money so we can get that church. She didn't answer me, but she said I coudl give some of my money too. No way Jose'!

Well we went to the new church a couple weeks ago and it didn't look like that video. I didn't see any fun stuff for kids and I'm mad. I told my mom they lied. She laughed at me and said they didn't lie, they just haven't completed all the phases or remodeling. I don't know what that means, but I think they lied.

She told me we were goign to start visiting new churches. Yesterday we went to a new church. I asked her if we could just do this every other week b/c I think we don't have to go to church every Sunday. She told me she wanted us to go every week and I should be lucky b/c when she was a little girl, she had to go to Sunday school and church and midweek everyweek even when she was sick.

There's no way I'm gonna do that. The more I think about it, the more I don't know why we need to go anyway. I have a lot of kids bibles and I can just stay home and read that. I don't know why she won't go for it though?

Tyler On 2nd Grade

My Mom keeps telling me that she's not going to play with me for second grade. I don't know what the big deal is. She just told me that I'll have to start back going to sleep at 8-3-0. She also said this year I will get letter grades instead of numbers. She said something about the only acceptable grades are As and Bs.

I don't know if I can do that in behavior. I think I'm worried about it. She seems like it's a big deal. She told me that I can finally ride the school bus. I'm a cool kid now... I hope she doesn't want to stand at the bus stop with me b/c I'm not a baby anymore. I'm a second grader.

I can't wait to see my friends, but I am not ready to go to school. I like to stay home and watch cartoons and eat freeze pops all day. Tonight my school has Family Night at Chic Fil A. I love to go there and get kid's meals. I'm sure my mom won't let me stay a long time to play with my friends b/c she says she has somewhere to go.

Sometimes I make her laugh, like this time when I put on her glasses and she said I look like a nerd. I guess that's better than being 4 Eyes! If she gets mad at me, I'll just make my puppy dog eyes~

Tyler on Football

I really like the Panthers. Last year one of the players came to my school and read to us. In kindegarten my mom refused to buy me a Panther's booksack. It's ok though b/c my Tee Tee bought it anyway. Well when it broke, my mom would only buy me that LSU one.

We went to Target to buy me some clothes for school and I told her I didn't want any new clothes. I didn't need them. But she didn't listen. She did let me get a cool Star Wars shirt and a guitar shirt. But I really wanted a Panther's jersey.

She told me I could get it b/c it was on clearance, but when we got to the cash register, it wasn't on sale. She got mad and made the lady take it off. But I'm smarter than her and I told her to take everything back b/c I want that jersey. The she said, NO. But I kept bugging her and she bought it for me. Wanna see?



I don't know why she likes the LSU Tigers so much and the Saints, but I'm a Panther's fan... And there ain't nothing she can do about it!

Hello followers I greet you. I had a sleepover with my friend hasan and his brother Jalini. We wacthed ice age dawn of the dinosuars. It was fun!

Hi Guys!
My mom usually shares my stories on her blog, but it's about time I start my own blog b/c "Im the man!" Right now I'm on punishment and can't use her computer, but she's typing it up for me.

I usually just say stuff to her and she falls out laughing and I'm wondering "What's so funny?" She asked if I wanted my own blog and I said, "Well why not?"
